In order to provide you with reliable and safe service, we are operating a dedicated maintenance team and our own utilities infrastructure — 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. Our full-time staff and your own chef will prepare fresh meals during your stay.
We can arrange a variety of excursions, including diving, fishing and kite surfing.

ABOUT THE RESIDENCE
Fort Morgan Cay offers 1,000 m2 (10,000 sf) of lounges, shaded terraces and wide sun decks for you to explore. Enjoy your day relaxing on a lounger at the plunge pool, in a hammock in the fruit orchard or on the over water decks.
Make yourself comfortable in this beautiful home. Our permanent staff will prepare delicious meals inspired by the local island cuisine, featuring fresh fish and seafood from the local fishermen, as well as tropical fruits and grains.
ACTIVITIES ON THE ISLAND
Located directly on the breathtaking coral reef of Roatan's unspoiled East End, we offer three private beaches, a 300-year old Pirate Fort and spacious facilities in our charming, rustic lodge style home. At Fort Morgan Cay, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
We provide all gear for these activities on Fort Morgan Cay at your free disposal. Each activity can be undertaken kids-friendly or adventurous to the fullest.
DINING AROUND THE ISLAND
Staff will be glad to arrange outside dining throughout the island, including romantic candle light dinners on one of the beaches or sunset-BBQ on the pirate fort.
KAYAKING
Take the kayaks around the island and Port Royal, discovering secluded beaches, hidden mangrove channels, and miniature islands.
FISHING
Take our fishing rods and go for your catch on the flats directly around the island or snorkel around the sea walls to catch lobster and crabs.
HIKING
Port Royal offers hiking trails just across the bay from Fort Morgan Cay. A great view over the bay and coral reef awaits you at the top of the hills.
SAILING
Explore the sea around Fort Morgan Cay on our fun hobie cat. Easy handling and fast sailing will guarantee exciting tours over the warm, crystal clear water.
GAMES & SPORTS
Take on a game on the islands, indulge in beach volleyball on your private beach, boccia in your own palm orchard and badminton on the atmospheric pirate fort overlooking the bay.
SNORKELING
Discover over 20 different snorkel and dive sites directly around Fort Morgan Cay, including snorkeling around the historic pirate fort ruins, ship wrecks and the coral reef.
RELAXING
Rest in one of our three white sand beaches and relax on our sun decks. Professional yoga instructors can also be arranged at extra cost.
